I think the descriptions are misleading about this skill, in the bwe I am pretty sure it recharged itself. Only played with it a little, but it had contradictory attribute assignments (said you needed marksmanship or fail, yet it was supposedly tied to expertise), and at this point I am a bit confused.

It would be great to get some info from someone who uses this skill currently. Seems like it could create some interesting possibilities.

Though I never got to use it myself...under skills heading...it is tied to your expertise...it will miss 50% if expertise is lower than 8

as far as you seeing markmanship or it being somewhat erratic for you..might be something of a bug at the time in it they needed to work on.....and if so..someone probably had reported it as such by the end of the weekend. if not....try it out again when the next one kicks off..if it does look erratic and misleading..report it yourself during the BWE... I think that's about all anybody could really tell you..then again that's just my best guess...

(ended up reporting a bug or two myself last BWE so its entirely possible)

Just how reliable is Oath Shot with expertise 8 or higher?
